INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To install Vinny Bond CHECK utility run the install.exe program. The 
default setting will install in the [Program Files (x86)] directory and
the sub-directory [Vinny Bond Check]. It will also put an icon on 
your desktop and a listing in your start menu. You will be offered a 
chance to change the default setting during the instalation process. 

An uninstall file will be created with access from the start menu.

 USE INSTRUCTIONS:

  This utility calculates the current market value of a bond based
  upon the current market rate. The accrued interest is estimated
  so that both the clean and dirty bond values can be presented.
  The inputs are par value, coupon rate, coupon payment frequency,
  maturity date and current market rate. The utility automatically
  outputs clean bond price, accrued interest and dirty bond price.

PROGRAM INPUTS:
  You can revise inputs at any time.

  1-Bond Par Value in dollars.
  2-Coupon Rate in percent.
  3-Coupon Payment Frequency (per year).
  NOTE: Use "0" frequency to get price
  for Zero-Coupon bond.
  4-Bond Maturity Date (m/d/yy).
  NOTE: Red date means unusable.
  5-Current Market Rate in percent.

PROGRAM RESULTS:

  1-Clean Bond Price in dollars.
  2-Accrued Interest in dollars.
  3-Dirty Bond Price in dollars.

  NOTE: Results are automatically revised as entries are changed.
  The accrued interest calculation is a compromise between 30/360
  and actual/actual day count conventions and gives a fair
  estimate within a day or two.
